How to create a data stream that quantifies the amount of water on the surface of a leaf wetness.

Quantify the amount of water on the surface of a leaf wetness sensor as a function of raw counts for the PHYTOS 31.

Amount of Water (g/m²) = 1.54 e^(0.0058x)

Where x = RAW counts.

Supported sensors

The amount of water can be calculated from any METER leaf wetness sensor.

Recommended sensors

  • PHYTOS 31

Create a Leaf Wetness Amount of Water model

  1. On the Data page, select New Data.
  2. Select Amount of Water as the type.
  3. Select one or more leaf wetness sources.
  4. Edit the data stream color.
  5. Edit the data stream name.
  6. Select Create to finish.

The new data stream(s) will now appear in your data list.
