Subscription Plans and Features

ZENTRA Cloud has two subscription plans, Standard and Standard + High Data. Both include every feature — the upgrade raises cellular loggers from hourly uploads to every 15 minutes.

Two plans, the same full feature set on both — the difference is how often a cellular logger uploads.

Plans are chosen per device. Both plans include everything ZENTRA Cloud does — the upgrade buys faster uploads on cellular loggers.

What every plan includes

Every subscribed device gets the full platform:

  • Unlimited users
  • Project workspaces for collaborators
  • Custom graphs, tables, and dashboards
  • Environmental models
  • Configurable alerts by SMS and email
  • API integration

Standard

$209.00 — covers one device for 12 months.

Standard works with every logger type: cellular, Wi-Fi, and radio.

Standard + High Data

$257.00 — covers one device for 12 months.

Standard + High Data is everything in Standard, plus 15-minute uploads for cellular loggers.

It applies to cellular loggers only. Any other logger type uploads as often as they measure.

How often your device uploads

The default upload frequency depends on how the logger connects.

Wi-Fi and radio loggers upload on their logging interval, which can be as short as five minutes. Their readings reach ZENTRA Cloud as quickly as they are measured.

Cellular loggers upload once an hour on Standard. On Standard + High Data, they upload every 15 minutes.

Choosing a plan for a device

Plans are applied per device, from the Devices page. You can mix them freely, with some devices on Standard and others on Standard + High Data.

Subscribe and Unsubscribe Devices

Good to know
  • Plans are priced per device, in US dollars. There is no local-currency option.
  • You can pay from your balance or by card. Prepaid credit in Available Balance is spent before any card on file. Your Available Balance

  • Changing a plan needs the Editor role or higher. Viewers can see pricing but can't change it.
