7. ZENTRA Cloud for Google Sheets™
When you use the ZENTRA Cloud for Google Sheets™ add-on in Google Sheets™, it accesses:
- The spreadsheet where you open the add-on. It writes your ZENTRA Cloud readings and a Status tab there, and reads those tabs to know where the last refresh ended. It does not access any other file in your Google account.
- Your Google account email address. It is shown on the spreadsheet's Status tab as the account that ran the last refresh or owns the schedule, and is visible to anyone who can view that spreadsheet.
Your ZENTRA Cloud API token is stored in your Google account's private storage for the add-on, never in the spreadsheet, and is not visible to people you share the spreadsheet with.
The add-on sends requests only to the ZENTRA Cloud API (api.zentracloud.io), carrying your ZENTRA Cloud token and the devices and dates you ask for. It does not send spreadsheet contents, your email address, or any other Google user data to METER Group or anyone else.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by ZENTRA Cloud for Google Sheets™ adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To remove your data: use Extensions, ZENTRA Cloud for Google Sheets™, Forget my token, and uninstall the add-on from Extensions, Add-ons, Manage add-ons.
Google Sheets™ is a trademark of Google LLC.
