Beginning at approximately 04:00 UTC on September 5, a time zone handling issue prevented our data processing services from processing messages for devices in Chile. During this window, affected devices showed a data gap, and incoming messages failed processing and were queued.
A fix was deployed on September 5, and all queued messages were reprocessed by 00:29 UTC on September 6. No data was lost, and devices in other regions were not affected.
