Update the configuration on your device to work on the Verizon network after installing the upgraded communication board or installing a Verizon SIM card.
Install the module
Follow the board replacement instructions to swap the module:
Use the wizard to update the configuration
Update device configuration
Use the Module Swap Wizard in ZENTRA Utility on mobile to update the settings in your device. The tool detects the installed hardware, configures it for the network, and verifies the connection to ZENTRA Cloud.
Terminal Commands
If the desktop version of ZENTRA Utility is the only one you have access to, you can configure the device manually from the terminal window. See Verizon Terminal Commands.
