SIM Swap Wizard
Use the ZENTRA Utility Mobile device tools wizard to detect and configure the SIM in your device.
ZENTRA Utility Mobile provides a wizard for configuring the SIM card in your device. The tool will detect the SIM type installed and configure it to work with the network. Use this tool when installing a new SIM in your data logger.
To update the SIM:
- Open ZENTRA Utility Mobile.
- Connect to the data logger.
- Tap More in the Navigation bar.
- Select Device Tools.
- Select Update Cellular SIM.
- Tap Update Cellular SIM.
The tool will check the hardware configuration, configure the cellular settings, and verify the connection to ZENTRA Cloud.
Steps
If the desktop version of ZENTRA Utility is the only one you have access to, you can configure the hardware manually from the terminal window. See Module and SIM Update Guides to find the guide for your network.
